I will support a process of collaborative intention with the client to build a space of safety and growth. I believe the client is an expert in their own life, encouraging an awakening of needs and values from the client's perspective.

I utilize a client-centered approach integrated with cognitive-behavioral interventions, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and a relational theory perspective to promote changes.
